BREAKING NEWS:West Ham successfully Fulham midfieder which has been there long time target…..

West Ham are extremely interested to bring in Joao Palhinha from Fulham as a replacement for Declan Rice.

Joao Palhinha is a priority transfer target or West Ham with Declan Rice widely expected to leave the London Stadium his summer, according to Dharmesh Sheth, via Give Me Sport.

Hammers manager David Moyes desperately needs to strengthen his central midfield ranks, with Rice apparently on his way out fo the club in the summer transfer window.

And it seems as though Palhinha could be the man for the job…

Dharmesh Sheth provides big Joao Palhinha update but West Ham won’t have it easy
The Sky Sports journalist has been speaking to Give Me Sport at length about the Hammers’ pursuit of the Fulham star.

And Sheth highlighted just how much Moyes wants to bring the Portugal international to the London Stadium this summer:

“Palhinha from Fulham, West Ham are very, very interested in him. There was a report going out that he had a release clause in his contract and on Twitter, Tony Khan, the football director at Fulham actually replied to that report and said, ‘no, there is no release clause’. So Fulham are in the driving seat here simply because he’s got a contract until 2027, he’s still got four years left on it and he had a fantastic season, so his value has only gone up.”

Palhinha is a top-class player and would be a very strong signing for the Hammers if we manage to get this one done.

However, Fulham are said to be demanding £50 million for the Portuguese ace (the Guardian’s Jacob Steinberg). That’s just too much money for us to be spending on someone who will be 28 next month in my opinion.

£35-40 million, and we’re talking.

In 35 Premier League appearances since joining Fulham, the 27-year-old has scored three goals and has averaged 4.2 tackles, 1.3 interceptions and 1.7 clearances per match. He has made 36.3 passes per match on average and has recorded a completion rate of 83.1% (Who Scored).

Joao Palhinha is a truly fantastic defensive midfielder and would be a super signing for West Ham. He has already proven that he possesses all of the attributes needed to succeed in the Premier League.

If we sign the Fulham star as well as another elite central midfielder, I think we’ll be in business come the start of the 2023/24 campaign.

SAD NEWS:Lucas West Ham midfieder lost his son last night 😥

Lucas has been west Ham strong midfielder who has done a lot for the club loses his son last night on as accident, which he was rushed to the hospital but couldn’t make it

According to Sky Sport Italia, the Hammers have given the first response to a proposal from the Giallorossi to take him on loan with an option to buy.

The reply was negative, as the Premier League side – who followed Roma in lifting the Conference League trophy – believe they can clinch a sale for the centre-forward.

West Ham out-bid Paris Saint-Germain last summer for Sassuolo hitman Scamacca, paying €36m plus another €6m in potential bonuses and a 10 per cent cut of the resale value.

He contributed eight goals in 27 competitive games this season, but injuries and difficulties adapting to the defend and counter tactics saw him struggle as the campaign wore on.

Roma remain the favourites, but simply cannot afford a permanent transfer, especially after losing Tammy Abraham for six months to an anterior cruciate ligament injury.

It is reported that Scamacca’s agents will need to push for an immediate exit from West Ham and help Roma strike a deal for the loan

BREAKING NEWS:West Ham has signed Napoli attacker  which has been Aston Villa long time target

West Ham could be the potential destination for Napoli ace Hirving Lozano this summer, according to the player’s former agent Alessandro Monfrecola.

According to the publication, Monfrecola believes either the Hammers or Aston Villa could make a move for the winger.

Monfrecola noted that Lozano failed to live up to the expectations of Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis this season, as his side finally lifted Serie A again.

“West Ham’s proposal for Lozano? I think if Lozano leaves Napoli he will do it for an English club,” Monfrecola said on Radio CRC, as quoted by SportItalia.

“The rumours that reach me from Mexico tell me that there are interests from English clubs. I think Aston Villa or West Ham will be the solution for Lozano.

“He had a year below his expectations, so such a substantial salary in view of De Laurentiis’ salaries is not good.”

Exciting prospect

Lozano was once of the most sought-after attackers in Europe not so long ago, with the Mexican banging in 40 goals in his 79 appearances for PSV, where he also chipped in with 23 assists.

And it was Serie A outfit Napoli who won the race for his signature back in the summer of 2019.

But the attacker really hasn’t hit the heights expected of him in the south of Italy, with the 27-year-old scoring just 30 goals from his 155 matches for the club so far.

The winger found himself in and out of the starting XI this season as Napoli clinched a memorable league title, with Lozano scoring just three goals from his 38 Serie A games.

It was a similar campaign for West Ham striker Scamacca in East London, with the Italian international enduring a really underwhelming debut season for the Hammers.

The future of both players is seemingly up in the air amid the beginning of the summer transfer window.
