Tottenham has signed a world cup star player which is four clubs target klopp’s get angry for missing such opportunity €120million

According to a report from Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus are unwilling to back down on their €120million asking price for the Swedish winger but Tottenham are hoping to sign him for €25 million.

The report claims that Tottenham ‘must raise’ their offer in order to sign the player in the coming weeks. Apparently, ‘negotiation is open’ between the two clubs and there is a willingness to get the deal done.

Kulusevski does not have a future at the Italian club and it makes sense for Juventus to cash in on him. The Italian outfit need to raise funds through sales after missing out on Champions League qualification.

Tottenham have had a disappointing campaign and they have missed out on Champions League football. They are hoping to get a discount for the Swedish winger because of their limited finances this summer and it remains to be seen how the situation develops.

Kulusevski managed to make an immediate impact at the north London club after joining them under Antonio Conte in January 2022 on an 18-month loan deal, but he has had a mediocre campaign with the Londoners this past season.

However, the 23-year-old is a tremendous talent with a big future ahead of him and he could develop into a key player for Tottenham in the coming seasons. Spurs need to add more quality to their attack and they should look to get the deal done before the summer transfer window closes.

Tottenham are in a very good position’: Spurs look on course to sign £60m player this summer – journalist

Tottenham Hotspur appear to be on course to sign James Maddison this summer.

That is according to Dean Jones who has been speaking on The Done Deal Show about the England international.

Maddison has, of course, been strongly linked to both Spurs and Newcastle for quite some time now, and according to Jones, those close to the deal think that Tottenham are in a very good position to now push on and close this transfer.

Spurs in a good position for Maddison
Jones shared what he knows about the Leicester star.

“Tottenham have been interested in James Maddison for a long time as we know. They have their new manager in place now and he’s very much on board with the addition of James Maddison. My understanding of it is that the people being used for the deal have good connections with Tottenham. That’s been backed up by a couple of people I’ve spoken to in the past week and they feel that Tottenham are in a very good position to get this done at £55m or £60m if they want to do it,” Jones said.

Great signing
If Tottenham get this deal done, they will be making a fantastic signing.

Maddison is exactly what Spurs need right now. A Premier League proven player who can fit into Ange Postecoglou’s system and take Tottenham to the next level.

He’s a brilliant playmaker, something that Spurs have lacked for many years, and, most importantly, he’s attainable.

There’s a lot to say about Tottenham as we head into this summer, but you really can’t knock the signing of Maddison if they manage to pull this one off.

This could be a great start to the Postecoglou era, that’s for sure.

Kane genuinely thinks that’: Harry Kane thinks he could be even better if Spurs sign £35m player – journalist

Harry Kane is really keen on the idea of Harry Maguire joining Tottenham as he thinks he could help him improve his game.

That is according to Ben Jacobs who was speaking on Last Word on Spurs about the Manchester United defender.

Kane thinks Maguire could help him
Jacobs shared Kane’s view of his England teammate.

“This may be an indication, in the absence of a Sporting Director, of just how much influence Harry Kane has. Kane is a big fan of Maguire, they’re good friends, they have a good understanding on and off the field,” Jacobs said.

“They get each other and the reason they get each other is because Kane believes that Maguire at his best can be that ball-playing defender who can move the ball quickly and positively. If Maguire is phase one and Kane doesn’t get the ball until phase three or four, Maguire might still be the one who sets it off, even if it goes unnoticed.”

“Sometimes you look at playing something positive, even if it looks simple you can see that they were integral, because they have the speed of thinking and the speed of delivery. Kane genuinely thinks that is the case with Maguire even at 30 and even though he gets caricatured regularly.”

Could help Kane
It sounds outrageous to say that a centre-back could help a striker be more effective, but as Jacobs says, sometimes a quick pass out from the back is what can kickstart an attack.

Ange Postecoglou loves playing out from the defence and having someone like Maguire to play the ball forwards will be a massive help.

Of course, this all depends on Maguire getting back to his best, and that isn’t guaranteed after a torrid 18 months at Old Trafford for the Red Devils’ captain.

Tottenham could try to sign £50m forward and James Maddison this summer – journalist

Journalist Ben Jacobs has suggested that Tottenham Hotspur could plot a double raid for Leicester City duo Harvey Barnes and James Maddison.

Jacobs spoke on the Last Word On Spurs on Wednesday and discussed Tottenham’s interest in Maddison.

Indeed, TEAMtalk reported yesterday that Newcastle are ‘baulking’ over Leicester’s demands for Maddison, which could leave the door open for Tottenham to sign him.

But it seems that Maddison isn’t the only Leicester player who Spurs are eyeing a potential summer move for.

Tottenham could go for Barnes and Maddison
Jacobs believes Harvey Barnes will emerge as a real possibility for Tottenham over the coming weeks.

Barnes is another player who has excelled at Leicester this season, despite the fact the club have dropped down to the Championship.

The 26-year-old has emerged as a top target for new boss Ange Postecoglou, with Spurs currently battling it out with Newcastle United for his signature.

Jacobs believes Harvey Barnes will emerge as a real possibility for Tottenham over the coming weeks.

The journalist stated that Spurs’ interest in Maddison is well-known, but he thinks there could be an opportunity for Postecoglou’s side to target both Leicester players.

“The other dark horse, I would say, in the conversation for Spurs is Harvey Barnes too,” Jacobs said. “So, there may be an opportunity for a double raid.”

He added: “I think Harvey Barnes to Spurs is going to grow legs over the coming weeks.”

Barnes is another player who has excelled at Leicester this season, despite the fact the club have dropped down to the Championship.

The 24-year-old netted 13 times in the Premier League this season while providing one assist in just 34 appearances.

He’s a player who has been on Spurs’ radar in the past and he looks set to leave the King Power Stadium this summer.

Leicester are reportedly set to demand around £50 million for the winger though and if Spurs do end up landing Maddison, that would mean they’d have to spend around £100 million to sign the duo.

That seems highly unlikely at this moment in time as Tottenham will be prioritising defensive reinforcements as well as a replacement for their club captain Hugo Lloris.

Much will depend on how many players Spurs can get out the door this summer, with the club facing the task of trimming a bloated squad.

Leicester City stance on Tottenham £50m James Maddison and Harvey Barnes bid
Latest Leicester City news from LeicestershireLive amid claims that Spurs have submitted a joint £50million bid for James Maddison and Harvey Barnes

Tottenham have reportedly submitted a joint £50million bid for Leicester City duo James Maddison and Harvey Barnes, it is claimed.

Both players seem almost certain to leave the King Power Stadium this summer after the Foxes were relegated to the Championship.

Maddison, who has only one year left on his contract, has been one of the City’s best players in recent seasons. He scored 10 goals and contributed nine assists this past season, and is part of Gareth Southgate’s England squad for their upcoming Euro 2024 qualifiers against Malta and North Macedonia.

Likewise, Barnes was a standout performer during a difficult campaign for City. The 26-year-old scored 13 goals in 34 league appearances.

And MailOnline claim that Spurs have made move for the pair. It is claimed that a £50m bid has been submitted to sign both players but Leicester are set to reject it.

The report claims that the Foxes wanted £60m each for them a year ago. However, due to their relegation, it is unlikely that City will get offers anywhere near that figure.
