While the home supporters at Anfield were delighted with the bright start, Tottenham’s fans were left with that sinking feeling once again.

That trip to St James’ Park saw supporters refunded the cost of their tickets, setting a dangerous precedent with fans who made the journey to Anfield chanting for their money back just 10 minutes into the clash on Merseyside.
