Manchester City are flying right now, and are currently sitting at the top of the Premier League table, having taken maximum points so far, two points clear of unbeaten West Ham.

Hammers manager David Moyes will be overjoyed with how his squad has started the 2023–24 Premier League season.

Pep Guardiola, manager of Man City, will undoubtedly be in the same situation. At times, his team appeared unstoppable.

Injuries are a major issue for Manchester City ahead of the West Ham match.
On Saturday, a victory for the Hammers might actually move us to the top of the standings.

Even though we all know we have little chance of defeating Man City this weekend, they might be without four crucial players.

Kevin De Bruyne is categorically ruled out, while John Stones, Mateo Kovacic, and Jack Grealish are all listed as questionable by Premier Injuries.

At his disposal is a bunch of players that are all incredibly gifted. However, the way his team functions depends a great deal on those four individuals.

If each and every player Moyes chooses is in top form, West Ham can defeat Man City.

They are, in my opinion, the best team in the world, but they are not faultless. Anything can happen if the Hammers force Man City to work harder by coming at them with aggression.

Chalobah is an exceptional defender, and his versatility would make him the ideal January signing for the Hammers.

Described as an ‘incredible’ defender by Football.London, Chalobah is quick along the ground, strong in the air and vitally for David Moyes, he has experience of playing Premier League football.

He is highly experienced in playing at the very highest level of the game for a sustained period of time, and would provide great cover for David Moyes all across the backline.

If Mauricio Pochettino does try to force Chalobah out of Chelsea, West Ham absolutely must sign him as far as I’m concerned.
