The VAR and referee should be sack immediately saga

VAR…UNTIL WHEN??????

This is not the first article am writing concerning video assistant referees. The inconsistencies are now screaming loud and everyone who has eyes can see.

When I first wrote about VAR controversies, a number of fans thought I was speaking in favour of Man United…but as I have always said, all fans should be objective when it comes to criticizing VAR decisions☝️because a decision that goes your way today will go the way of your opponent tommorow.

Some minutes ago, we’ve seen Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal lose narrowly to Newcastle courtesy of a controversial goal where the ball went out of play in the build-up.

The photo below clearly shows the ball completely out of the white line. How was this goal awarded and why was Hojlund’s goal chocked off after this Rashford miscontrol that saw the ball go out of play before the goal was scored.(Second photo)

VAR is not here to make the game better, that’s one thing we have to agree. No coach in the world understands how the rules work, the fans are in confusion and even the match officials.

The biggest mistake PGMOL can do tommorow is suspend the referees involved in making this decisions. WHY do I say this: You cannot keep on suspending referees week in week out and yet there is no change weeks…months after. That shows the problem lies with you.

PLEASE streamline this rules. Why was McTominay’s goal ruled off earlier today. Utter disgrace!! Garnacho who is the man providing the assist is onside when the inswinger comes in, McTominay is onside too. What is it with Harry Maguire interrupting the play? Did he tackle anyone, did he blindfold the goalkeeper. Whoever has a better understanding of this rules should explain to me….to us!

The ones responsible for the making of the rules should make them as simple as possible otherwise the FUTURE holds a gallon of tears for English football. DON’T be shocked if one day the league is decided by a controversial VAR call.
