Chelsea midfielder Enzo Fernandez has taken to social media to send a message to supporters ahead of their return to action tonight in the Premier League.

The Argentine took to Instagram to share on his story that he was looking for more of the same from him and his teammates when they face Crystal Palace tonight in a London derby.

Fernandez in particular was back to his best last week when the Blues booked their place in the 5th Round of the FA Cup.

They beat Aston Villa 3-1 away from home, with the result shocking many in the game off the back of their poor form.

The World Cup winner picked up the player of the match award for his display, with a sensational free-kick putting the finishing touches on a superb performance.

His celebration for his goal saw an outburst of emotion, with it being clear that he had begun to get sick of all the talk that has been happening off the pitch.

Now, Fernandez has shared a message to supporters ahead of their return to the field tonight at Selhurst Park.

He said: “Let’s go again.”

The Blues have the chance to make a bit of their own Premier League history with a win tonight. It would be the first time they have ever won 13 consecutive games against a single opponent in the top flight.

Of course, this means that they are going into the away fixture having already had a win under their belt against Roy Hodgson’s men this season.

A late Noni Madueke penalty secured all three points earlier this season, in a game where Mykhailo Mudryk also found the net.

It was also the only occasion up to now where Chelsea fans have been able to see summer signing Romeo Lavia in action. He is currently ruled out with no timeframe on his return.

Crystal Palace player has lost all 15 Premier League games he’s played against Chelsea, it’s a record

One Crystal Palace player will be hoping to end an awful record when his side take on Chelsea at Selhurst Park later.

Since arriving in England, Jordan Ayew has played Chelsea 15 times in the Premier League, representing Palace, Swansea City and Aston Villa.

However, the forward has actually lost all 15 of those games, which is a competition record, as per BBC Sport.

Palace’s last meeting with Chelsea ended 2-1 to the Blues at the Bridge.

Roy Hodgson’s men were close to securing a point, but Noni Madueke scored a penalty at the death to win the home side the game.

Tonight’s rematch is very huge for Hodgson. He is under a lot of pressure right now and last month, Guardian journalist Ed Aarons claimed that this game against Chelsea could decide his fate.

Will Chelsea hand Jordan Ayew his 16th defeat against them?
We think the Blues will, as they are on a bit of a high right now, whereas the mood at Palace is not currently great. They were pretty poor last time out and have a lot of injuries at present.

Chelsea just played arguably their best game of the season after beating Aston Villa 3-1 in an FA Cup fourth round replay. As for Palace, they lost 4-1 against their rivals Brighton & Hove Albion.

Michael Olise, the team’s most dangerous attacker, was taken off injured and will now miss tonight’s London derby, while Hodgson will also be without Eberechi Eze and Marc Guehi. Olise was the man who grabbed Palace’s goal in the reverse fixture.

It is not looking good for Hodgson and Ayew, though. Anything less than three points, and Chelsea should feel extremely disappointed with themselves.

With a tough trip to the Etihad to face Manchester City awaiting them afterwards, it is imperative that Mauricio Pochettino‘s men do not slip up tonight. They need all the points they can get and it is hard to imagine them earning any on Saturday.
